Every garment is born with an identity. A unique code is minted at the workshop and printed as a QR tag — one garment, one identity, for life. NFC and RFID slot in later without changing a thing.
Tæla EcoCore is the platform beneath every Tæla garment. A small tag connects each piece to its full story — where the fibre grew, who made it, and every step in between — so sustainability becomes something you can verify, not something you have to take on trust.
Talk to our teamEvery garment is born with an identity. A unique code is minted at the workshop and printed as a QR tag — one garment, one identity, for life. NFC and RFID slot in later without changing a thing.
Each garment belongs to a production lot, and the lot remembers everything: the fibre it came from, the yarn it became, the fabric it was cut from, and the people and places that made it.
Claims are only as good as their evidence. Organic, origin, restricted substances — each one links to a certificate, lab test or declaration. Where evidence is missing, we say so, plainly.
The tag outlives its first owner. A lost garment finds its way home, a hand-me-down is wiped and re-registered in seconds, and at true end of life the same tag routes it into recycling.
Every garment carries a discreet QR code with a permanent identity behind it. One scan opens its passport: the fibres it began as, the hands and places that shaped it, and the certificates that stand behind every claim. No account, no app — just the truth about what you are wearing.

Every sustainability claim on an EcoCore passport is backed by a document — or clearly labelled as self-declared. Greenwashing is a design flaw; we designed it out.
A garment’s story is public; its owner never is. Passports carry no names, no orders, no families — ownership lives in a separate, sealed system that the public page cannot reach.
The EU Digital Product Passport is coming for textiles. EcoCore records provenance in that shape today — so when the rules arrive, Tæla garments already comply.
Schools, clubs and organisations use EcoCore to make their uniform programmes accountable: every garment traceable to its materials and makers, lost items findable, hand-me-downs effortless, and impact you can report — not just believe in.
