How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days. Personalised uniforms may take a little longer, and you can always track progress under Orders and Returns.
What is your return policy?
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because our garments are made to last, we also offer Second Life returns for items your child has outgrown.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to Orders and Returns, select the order, and choose the item you would like to return. We will email you a prepaid label and next steps.
